SMS Terms

SpryFi sends transactional account-security and verification text messages to SpryFi internet-service customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages include identity and login verification codes, support-access approval requests initiated at your request during a support contact, password-reset and account-security codes, and notices of account-security events. SpryFi does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Agreeing to receive these text messages is not required to buy or use SpryFi service. You may decline SMS and still purchase and use your SpryFi internet service.

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity, such as when you or our support team initiate a verification. You will only receive messages tied to these account-security and verification events.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SpryFi message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further account-security texts to that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in and consent are used only to deliver these account-security and verification messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in or consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with vendors that help deliver the messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, solely to provide the service. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Your phone number is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
